Supplements: Typically ships within 1 business day, and arrives 2-5 business days after shipment Learn more

Most exercise equipment: Typically ships in 1-3 business days, and arrives 3-12 business days after shipment (depending on the size of the item, and your location).

Very heavy equipment (weight sets & home gyms): Typically ship in 2-4 business days, and arrives 5-12 business days after shipment.

Special Locations

Delivery to most Alaska and Hawaii destinations is available for smaller products. Products above 150 pounds (such as heavy equipment) cannot be shipped at this time.  Learn more

To the Brave men and women who serve or have served in the military, the Inbox Fitness Team is proud to assist in delivery. Overseas orders sent to military (APO/FPO) addresses will take an estimated delivery time of 7-14 business days. Learn more



For products 150 pounds and above (such as heavy equipment), we offer reliable, day-definite delivery across the continental United States. Freight shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is not currently available. The customer care team will be happy to assist with any special arrangements or service upgrades you require.

All freight deliveries come with free curb-side delivery. If you would like premium delivery assistance, you can upgrade to receive additional services like installation, Lift Gate Service, and In-home Delivery. Freight Delivery typically takes 2 weeks from the order date. Typically freight orders like home gyms and other large equipment units come unassembled unless otherwise indicated in the product description. Tracking your Shipment

You will receive an email from us within 2 business days of your order having been shipped. Please note, occasionally we must split your order into multiple shipments (at no additional cost) that will arrive separately

To track the first shipment and any additional packages, please visit My Orders and simply click on the tracking number below a product to view the shipment status. If the item says “tracking sent” the tracking number should be available on the left. If your shipment doesn't arrive by the estimated delivery date, feel free to contact us and we will help you locate the package. Typically, packages arrive on or shortly after the anticipated delivery date.

Holiday Shipments

For all ground and home delivery packages arrive by Christmas, orders must be received no later than Thursday, December 15th. Freight orders may experience delays and take anywhere from 3-3.5 weeks for delivery during the Holiday Season. Shipments around the holidays may experience delays.
