Returns, Refunds and Support
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy, please contact our Member Support team, and we'll get you taken care of right away.
Our Return Policy
Inbox Fitness accepts returns on most nutritional supplements and other ingestible products in exchange for credit or a refund under the following conditions:
- If the product is unopened, in its original condition, we can issue your choice of store credit or a refund for the purchase price of the item, to the original form of payment. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
- If the item is opened, we can issue a store credit for the payment amount good toward any future purchase. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
- If you received merchandise that is damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact Member Support and we'll get your refund or credit taken care of right away.
Inbox Fitness also accepts returns on most other merchandise in exchange for credit or a refund under the following conditions:
- Product is unused and in its original condition, along with the original packaging and tags. Shipping and delivery charges, if any, are non-refundable.
- Product is returned to Inbox Fitness within 30 days from the date you received it.
- Exercise equipment may be returned within 30 days upon receipt. Shipping fees for equipment returns are non-refundable.
- The customer is liable for any shipping fees on any exchange/return not related to a defective item.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund. Please check each item’s ‘Return Policy’ for return details.
- We will provide special return instructions for equipment and other items shipped via White Glove delivery service.
- We aim to process all returns within a few days of receipt. Refunds are issued after returned items have been received, inspected, and processed. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment. Should you have any questions about the status of your return, your refund, or need instructions on how to return an item, please contact our Member Support team.
Within 31 days of your original purchase date, returns are accepted through the following process:
- Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Order Number
- Item description, quantity, and item number
- Date of purchase
- The reason for the return
- You will be sent a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Clearly mark the top outside of the package with your RA # and send it within 10 days. Also include the RA# on a piece of paper inside the box. Do not ship any return items until you receive the RA# and specified address. We have multiple fulfillment centers that need your specific RA# to process the item(s).
- Please pack the items securely to avoid damage in transit. Returned merchandise should be in resalable condition.
- Our standard return policy may not apply to all equipment and accessories; please check each item’s ‘Return Policy’ for return details. Pending approval, a restocking fee plus the cost of shipping may be deducted from the refund.
