For orders 150 pounds and above, we offer reliable, day-definite delivery for your freight shipments across the continental United States. Freight shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is not currently avaliable. The customer care team will be happy to assist with any special arrangements or service upgrades you require.
All freight deliveries come with free curb-side delivery. If you would like premium delivery assistance, you can upgrade to receive additional services like installation, Lift Gate Service, and In-home Delivery. If you require this type of assistance, please contact us for more information.
Tracking your Shipment
You will receive an email from us once your first order has been shipped out. Please note, occasionally we must split your order into multiple shipments (at no additional cost) that will arrive separately. To track the first shipment and any additional packages, please visit My Orders and simply click on the tracking number below a product to view the shipment status. If the item says “tracking sent” the tracking number should be available on the left. If your shipment doesn't arrive by the estimated delivery date, please feel free to contact us and we will help you locate the package. Typically, packages arrive on or shortly after the anticipated delivery date.
